What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order with us, we will send you a confirmation email for the same. Orders get shipped daily by evening except Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, all tracking details will be sent to your registered email id and phone number. You can also track the status of your order from the “order history” section on your account page.

You can also track order using your order id ‘or tracking id on our tracking page.

ORDER

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been shipped yet.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via “contact us” form. Alternatively you can WhatsApp us, please note we only reply to WhatsApp messages during working hours.

If you wish to change after your order is shipped a exchange fee of Rupees 150 rupees will be charged.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via “contact us” form or send us a WhatsApp message with your order ID
